These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Spell Legends (the "Game"), published by Krash ("we," "us"), available as an Android app on Google Play and on the web at super-scrambble.vercel.app. By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. The Game

Spell Legends is a word-tile battle game in which characters cast skills and ultimates. It offers solo play (on-device) and online room-code multiplayer. We provide the Game on an "as-is" basis and may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Acceptable Use

When using the Game, you agree that you will not:

• Break any applicable law or regulation while using the Game.
• Enter display names or content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, obscene, or that impersonates someone else in online matches.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized automation or bots, or otherwise interfere with fair play.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Game or its backend services.
• Use the Game to transmit malware or to abuse, harass, or harm other players.

You are responsible for the display name and any content you provide in online play. We may limit or end access for anyone who violates these Terms.

3. Privacy

Your use of the Game is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains what limited data is handled (an anonymous session ID, a display name you choose, and ephemeral online game state) and confirms that the Game has no accounts, ads, or trackers.

4. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its name "Spell Legends," characters, artwork, audio, text, code, and design, is owned by Krash and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Game or its assets without our prior written permission.

5. No Warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that online matches will always be available or preserved.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krash and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or interrupted play, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Game. Because the Game is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Game is limited to zero. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

7. Changes to the Game and These Terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any part of it at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Game after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
